Argued to the judge that the officer did not have a lawful reason to stop client’s vehicle, as statute did not require headlights to be on in a parking lot at night. Court found the stop of the vehicle was unlawful, and suppressed the evidence of the DWI. Case dismissed.

    Client charged with Murder. During an independent investigation of the crime scene discovered evidence, a knife, that had not been found by law enforcement during their search. Negotiated a plea to Manslaughter with a guaranteed probationary sentence.
